Come see us tomorrow, November 7, at the Carlsbad Street Faire. We will be in booth 703, or on Madison Street closer to Carlsbad Village Drive. It is the largest street faire in the USA, and it will be our first one. We expect to learn a lot and make our next street faire event in Encinitas on November 20 & 21 even better. Below are the finish pics of our latest ADU build in the Aviara area of Carlsbad, CA. This ADU has 9 foot ceilings, 4 skylights, full size bath & kitchen, full stack laundry, Spanish tile roof, and many other features that make this a truly unique and elegant ADU. Read on below.

Both the living room and kitchen have skylights, and plenty of windows. The living room area has it's own HVAC (bedroom has one too), canned lights throughout, tile floors from Italy, wall mounted TV, elegant baseboards with baseshoe, and plenty of room for friends and family to hangout.

The backsplash in the kitchen is a subway tile from Spain, in a herringbone pattern which is a little more expensive (lots of cuts). The countertops are from a company in North County San Diego, So Cal Counterworks, and they are all polished quartz.

Farmhouse kitchen sink, and this is a very common request now. It also has a push button for the erator, soap dispenser, and a touch sensitive faucet which is also a new trend.
