And while it is celebrated in parts of Mexico it is more widely celebrated here, in the U.S. In fact, Los Angeles’s annual Cinco de Mayo celebration is bigger than the one that takes place in Puebla, Mexico, where the holiday originated. Your house may be perfect, and yes, demand may still be high, but don't make the mistake of thinking your home will sell itself. There is a lot that goes into selling a home that your house cannot do. Obvious things like marketing, handling clients, and running an open house. And technical things like dealing with contracts and paperwork. For all of this, do yourself (and your house) a favor and work with an expert, work with me.
