Testimonials like this make me smile… really wide. This one was one for the books. Sometimes there’s a contract that if anything can go wrong, it will, no matter what. It’s always good to have a licensed Realtor by your side for these contracts, and you never know when it’s going to happen until it does. My poor Buyers went through hell on this one, but they were patient and stuck it out; over 6 months later they finally became homeowners for the first time! I hate it that they had such a rough go of it as first time homebuyers, but I’m so glad I was there and able to help them see it through to the end!! So unbelievably happy for this family!!
