The San Diego market remains steady!📈🔑🏡
In April, the real estate market for detached homes in San Diego County showed some strength! There was a 9.1% increase in inventory and an 8% rise YOY. Pending sales experienced a notable 27.6% increase, along with a 7.8% rise YOY. Our average sales price remained stable, reflecting a minor decrease of 0.9% and 0.1% YOY.
Attached homes experienced a significant decline in new listings. There was a drop by 47.1% and 10.4% YOY. Consequently, pending sales fell by 30% and 8.8% YOY due to the limited inventory. However, the average sale price increased by 0.6% and 0.7% YOY!
