Some transactions are easy breezy and others make you re-think your entire career choice 🤪… the sale of 1079 Lau Hala Canyon Road in Vista was the latter.

With a roof at the end of its life, cracks in the pool, an un-permitted salon, un-permitted utility lines to an occupied yurt and septic leach lines leaking raw sewage into the property grounds mid-escrow, THIS sale will forever go down as one of the most challenging escrows I have ever been a part of and by far, my most challenging personal listing EVER.

Here’s the thing- my seller was a “teamwork” type of gal and the buyers agents , lender , our septic contractor, my termite guy , our escrow officer and even the appraiser were the same! We all lucked out with an amazing team who all had the successful closing of this property at the forefront of our brains. Not getting this done just wasn’t an option and because of everyone’s superstar 🌟 work ethic, we were able to finally close this difficult transaction.

Whether you have a simple, small condo or a sprawling estate with hidden challenges, the ex*****on of solutions is where I THRIVE. The more challenging, the more excitement (and let’s face it, the more grey hairs)! 👵🏼
