If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until we have signed a lease and initial monies have been collected from the tenant. Moving day can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. Here are some tips and tricks you can use to make the process easier on yourself:
👉 Pack a bag with essential items that you’ll need during the move, like keys and your ID.

👉 Fill up your truck with the biggest and heaviest items first so you don’t have to keep backtracking through the house while you’re moving everything out.

👉 Pack dishes sideways so they’re less likely to break when you’re loading them into boxes.

👉 Label the tops and sides of boxes so they’re easy to identify once they’re all stacked up in storage or in your new home.

👉 Make a plan for kids and pets—how will they get to school or daycare? How will they eat? Who will take care of them while everyone else is busy packing up the house?

👉 Cut handles into boxes so they’re easier to lift out of moving trucks or upstairs when it’s time for your furniture to move!

Quick Recap: U.S. existing-home sales edged up 0.2% from the previous month to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.02 million, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Sales remained unchanged year-overyear. Regionally, existing-home sales rose in the Midwest and South, were flat in the Northeast, and declined in the West. Year-over-year, sales increased in the South, held steady in the West, and fell in the Northeast and Midwest.
