So I woke up the other day with a head full of crazy (as you can see from pic #1) From that moment on I made it a priority to get the locks coiffed. I had been wanting to go old school barbering for a while and found Jesse's Barber Shop in San Marcos, CA. What a find! I had been going to one of the big chains where you kind of feel like a number. As soon as I walked in I felt at home, It was a total throwback shop, right down to the spinning barber pole. That's all well and good I thought but the cut is where the rubber meets the road, right? So I put my faith in Mercedes and she did not let me down! Best haircut in ages to go along with great conversation! If you are in need of a great haircut this shop should be not only considered, but frequented! Check it out, Jesse's Barber Shop, 902 W. San Marcos Blvd. Just west of Bent Ave.

North County just got a lot more convenient to the rest of the world.

Is this an example of when it rains it pours? Carlsbad's McClellan Palomar Airport, fresh off the maiden voyage's of Cal Jet's new service to and from Las Vegas is slated to welcome a new old airline with multi city service. California Pacific Airlines. California Pacific was scheduled to begin operations in 2012 but a series of setbacks delayed operations till April 2018.

This is a game changer for North County travel. If you've ever flown out of Palomar you know how convenient it really is. From parking to TSA screening, you know it's a breeze. If you haven't you're in for a treat. These are not Jumbo Jets but they are jets and California Pacific's initial route list includes Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento, Phoenix Las Vegas and Cabo San Lucas. Cal Pacific promises this is the tip of the iceberg, we shall see. Good Luck to both our new air carriers! A new dawn is breaking for North County travel.

Could there possibly be an end to the lack of inventory on the San Diego real estate market? The leader of our company, Steve Rogers, came into our office yesterday. Typically we should have 500 listings active or pending for our office this time of year. Last month we had 210. So far this month we are op to just over 300.

What does that mean to you? It means there is more to pick from and the you (the buyer) stand a better chance of purchasing a house without having to pay above appraised value. There is still a long way to go but the trend is there folks.
