. Condo is rented for 3 months. Will be available in February. I thought I blew it with 2 other tenants that wanted early October for just 30 days. I can stop beating myself up now because this worked out better and longer. The key is to not book too far in advance. It's a trick to avoid vacancies.

So Real Estate is NOT an easy business! Just sayin.....
But 2 little take aways: Always confirm your appointments even if you think you already have.
Always have a plan B......
Don't ask me how I know this. Haha
My worst fear, cleaner cancelled at the very last minute. I had no choice but to do it myself. Let's just say it's worth it to pay someone. Tenant was moving in @ 2PM. He was supposed to come Sunday. But then promised to be there early Tuesday morning but his truck broke down. So there's that.....
