In today’s market, it’s not often that transactions come together as smoothly as 1220 Keystone Way. With zero downtime, we successfully sold the building to our 1031 exchange client and secured a tenant while building improvements are still underway.

A huge thank you to Sullivan O'Brien-VOIT and Brian Fischer-CAST Capital for bringing the tenant, Meathead Movers. Meathead Movers supports athletes pursuing their dream career paths while also serving their community by providing premium moving services as well as assisting victims of domestic violence with a fresh start in life.

Just Sold: 1220 Keystone Way - Vista, CA

Our team member .garabedian stayed persistent with the owner of 1220 Keystone Way by checking in and keeping him updated on the market. Once he was ready to sell, we secured the listing and were able to match the property with one of our 1031-Exchange buyers to get this deal closed.

The property is now available for lease, and the new owner is in the process of completing renovations, including interior and exterior paint, parking lot slurry and striping, and general building upgrades.
