💥Market update
We are seeing a cooling in some areas, we are hoping this will indicate a more balanced market to come 🙌 It is important to work with a Realtor who can navigate through this change since we are also seeing certain homes still be very competitive with over list prices and removing of contingencies. The market it a tricky beast. Make sure you have a realtor experienced in working with it and understanding it. These number are helpful, However there are so many variables when it comes to each home and it’s demand in the market.
