I had the pleasure of helping an out of state family get their uncle’s home sold in Laguna Niguel. They flew in packed up as much as they could and we got it staged, photographed and listed. We had an open house and 10 offers in two days. The market is on fire and sellers are in the drivers seat all the way! Listed at $950,000 and sold for $1,010,000 a new neighborhood record for this model. I love getting a great price for my clients, but the best part is being able to easily walk them through the process and take away any stress that would normally come with an out of state sale. I was blessed with amazing clients and together we set a new high for the . There are some clients that I’ll miss talking to daily and these ones are definitely going to be added to my pen pal list.

Life as a home flipper. I totally have designer nightmares. Will this tile look ok? Will this paint color come out right? Did we get the plans right? .
Guess what? It always works out. You just have to plan. Take your swatches with you to the project, paint a few different colors on the wall and pick accordingly, get title samples and create a flow. You don’t have to be a designer to flip homes. You will get better each after each flip. Study the trends and don’t get too personalized with the style. Remember you want to appeal to the masses!
