—- To put it in perspective homes are easily on average $100k-$200,000 more than they were 1 to 2 years ago but the rates are lower, yet climbing up steadily whereas the interest rate 5 years ago was about 6-5% when it is now down to 3.5-4% on average now when it was as low as 2% in 2020-2021. —-
