Another closed escrow!!My clients and I worked together on the purchase of this home over 2 years ago. They actually closed on their wedding day💙💙. We are now in escrow on a great new detached home with a super sized backyard. I am so excited for them.

I spoke with Anita yesterday which led me to think about Mike. I actually shed a few tears on my walk to the beach. I’m not even sure why. I feel I was so lucky to start my career under these two. Mike gave me so many pearls of wisdom that still ring true and are in my mind today. It’s a numbers game (and he was not talking about money)—it’s the cost of doing business. Why sell with blah blah when you can sell with blah. Shut up and listen. Wouldn’t you agree? Doesn’t that make sense to you? He encouraged me and would randomly call me with an “atta girl” and “you don’t need to call me back”. His laugh—his smile—his wit. The best. And then there was Anita—always there with sage advice and all the knowledge to back it up. You knew who to call when you needed that advice And felt so much better when she broke it down for you and maybe to the agent you were working with😂😂😂. Two amazing leaders I was so grateful to grow my business under. They definitely set a good foundation for me to grow my business. The fact is it’s a numbers game and a people business—I have had the distinct pleasure to help hundreds of people get where they want to be.
