So interesting that over the last 74 years the US real estate market has only seen a decline in 7 years. I would have to say I 🙋🏻‍♀️ like those odds!!

So what this is tell me is that NOW is always a great time to buy . . . and there is a 90% that homes will not get cheaper.

Yet with the latest Fed Update . . . Rates to remain unchanged due to concerns over tariffs causing inflation. Post meeting market has the 30 Year Fixed Rate Average at 6.86% today.

Many people are waiting for the rate to drop before they buy a home. 🏠
