May is Mental Health Awareness Month. If you are struggling, don't go it alone. Here is a San Diego resource list if you or someone you love is struggling and needs support.

2. San Diego Access & Crisis Line-- (888) 724-7240 (Free 24/7 crisis support, referrals, and mental health resources)
3. Mobile Crisis Response Teams (MCRT) Mental health professionals can come to you during a crisis anywhere in San Diego County. Accessed through 988 or the Access & Crisis Line
4. NAMI San Diego (Offers support groups, education, resources, and peer support for individuals and families.
5. 211 San Diego--Dial 211 (Can connect people to counseling, housing help, substance abuse treatment, food assistance, and more.
6. Rady's Children's Behavioral Health Urgent Care (Walk-in mental health urgent care for youth ages 5-21)
7. Veterans Crisis Line --Dial 988 then press 1 (Specialized in confidential support for veterans and their loved ones)
8. Crisis Text Line--Text HOME to 741741 (Free confidential text support from trained crisis counselors)
9. Warm Line San Diego (800) 930-9276 (Peer support for people who need someone to talk to before reaching a crisis point)
10. Local emergency psychiatric services and stabilization centers are also available throughout San Diego County for urgent mental health needs.
