He previously owned a Malibu-based general contracting business that constructed numerous high-end custom homes in areas like Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Brentwood and Venice. rience. He developed more than 250 buildings in Irvine, which totaled 1.3 million square feet of floor space. As a licensed agent, Torry has personally sold over $100 million in real estate. These experiences have given him a unique understanding of the buying and selling process. Torry has lived in Malibu, Laguna Beach, and Oahu. He now resides in Carlsbad with his wife and daughter. An avid outdoorsman, Torry enjoys surfing, mountain bike riding, powder skiing, and traveling. Anybody can list a house, but Torry is always in his client’s corner, working diligently to provide results.
