es, condos, multi-unit residences, probate, and investment transactions on both the listing and purchase sides. Barb will be “there for you”, from your early planning stages to long past your close of escrow. She recently listed and sold an Eichler home for clients who purchased it with her twelve years ago. Barb was subsequently recognized as the #1 Agent (September 2019) in her Del Mar office. Barb’s executive level background in high tech and her extensive expertise in international negotiations, strategy development, marketing, and technology provide direct benefits to her clients throughout their transactions. Barb’s marketing experience enables her to create custom, unique marketing plans for each seller, consistently achieving “Hot Property” status on key external websites. She does not simply ‘put a home on the MLS/internet’. In the past, this has included direct Marketing to local businesses, scheduling “by invitation only” open houses, hosting a brunch for the neighbors prior to the first open house, and writing the home’s story while sitting in the home. She has taken leadership positions in causes which are important to her, including being the office champion for Life Moves, (a Bay Area organization which provides interim housing for homeless families, while assisting in all aspects of each family’s transition to permanent residences). She also served as Office Champion for the Habitat for Humanity Annual Campaign for seven years. She is a former board member of the Marine Science Institute, and the California Writer’s Club. Barb is a member of NSDCAR (North San Diego County Association of Realtors), SILVAR (Silicon Valley Association of Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors), and CAR (California Association of Realtors).
