It’s been 25 years, but we all remember exactly where we were on the morning of September 11, 2001.

Every year on the anniversary, I’m taken back to that day…the feelings, the horror. I think about the individuals and families whose lives were changed forever. I remain deeply grateful for the first responders and everyday people who ran toward danger to help others, and for our military members and allies who kept us safe.

May we never forget those we lost, and may we carry forward the compassion, courage, and unity shown in the days that followed.

Encinitas is taking another step toward improved pedestrian access in Leucadia!🚶‍♀️👟

The City Council has approved a construction contract for a new pedestrian pathway along La Costa Avenue between Interstate 5 and North Vulcan Avenue—an area where residents have long expressed concerns about safely traveling on foot.

More than $1.3 million has been allocated for the project, with construction expected to begin in November 2026 and wrap up by spring 2027.

It’s always encouraging to see continued investment in the safety and connectivity of our local communities!

It was an honor to help my client, friend, and neighbor close this chapter on Sapphire Drive. 🏡🔑

We're well into the second half of the year now, we haven't seen a significant price drop, and I don't expect to see one before the end of the year.

Here's the simple reason why. There just aren't enough homes on the market in North County right now. A year ago we had almost 5 months of inventory. Today it's under 3. Right now the median home price across North County is $1,232,500, up just 0.2% from last year. And in Carlsbad, homes that are priced well are getting snapped up in under two weeks.

If you're buying, here's my honest take: let's discuss strategies that make home purchasing more affordable. We're seeing seller buy-downs happening now, ask me for more info.

If you're selling, price it right and you'll have interest within days, especially if you're anywhere near the coast.
