A lot can happen from the time of the inspection to closing... a lot can happen in the first few months of moving. Buying a house can be stressful enough that's why we try and eliminate as much stress as possible.

For years we have provided our clients with great warranties as of June 1st our peace of mind warranties just got better. Previously the company we partnered with offered 90 home warranty which was good but lets be honest after closing you would have maybe 60 or so days left. Now with our new partners we are including a 6 MONTH home warranty free with every inspection. Also new with our warranty package is a 6 month Radon warranty. Still included is the 6 month sewer and mold as well as the 5 Year roof leak protection plans. All this is included free of charge with every home inspection we do.
