If you have been keeping up in the world of real estate the last few days, you probably have seen that not all listings with the MRED- MLS are currently being shown on Zillow. 🏡 ☹️

What does that mean for MY clients? ⬇️

NOTHING 😊

Lucky for you, I enlisted into both MRED and MARIS MLS (Multiple Listing Services) 🍀

This means no matter what, your home is guaranteed to be seen on Zillow right now. 😎👌🏻

Hopefully this huge disadvantage will be resolved soon. I am a firm believer that the real estate market should be fair for all homeowners and agents across the board. 🫶🏼

Until then, just know that if you are listing your home with me you will be added to both MRED AND MARIS! ✅ ✅

I have had several people ask me lately if I was retiring my nursing profession since announcing my decision to enter into the world of Real Estate. Fair question, so I thought a post was necessary to clear up any confusion! 😊

I absolutely love being a nurse and I love my career, my co-workers, my superiors, and especially the people I provide assistance to. I wouldn’t give up my position for anything! It was a dream job I set out to obtain early in my career and I am fortunate to have checked that box! ☑️

Being a nurse is something that is built into the core of who you are (at least for most nurses). Providing care, support, compassion, empathy, and understanding to individuals who are struggling or in possibly a very difficult stage in their life is not for everyone. But for me, it’s what makes me feel fulfilled in my career. It’s very rewarding to me to be there for people who need someone, and I get to be that person to make a difference in their and/or family’s life!

So, you may wonder how being in the Real Estate business will ever make me feel fulfilled or happy? Wouldn’t it feel like it’s “just work” if I’m not passionate about it? Well…..
