The current real estate market is incredible. It's beneficial to buyers with low interest rates. It's also beneficial to sellers with low inventory. Take a look at both graphs. What a story they both tell. Take a look at New York: everyone "is moving out of New York" according to the news, and therefore one would assume there should be lots of homes on the market; yet it has the least amount of inventory.
