Walter is very involved with the disabled community, representing multiple organizations that assist adults with special needs to find suitable/accessible housing. Father to 14-year-old Chase with Cerebral Palsy who needs a motorized wheelchair to get around. He has completely renovated the home to accommodate Chase and the 500 lb wheelchair including exterior ramps, garage expansion, door and hallway widening, floor to floor elevator, voice-activated door openers, thermostats, and electrical switches, kitchen modifications, floor reinforcements, etc. You would be hard-pressed to find a real estate pro with more experience in the area for handicap-accessible residence placement. In addition to Chase, Walter and his wife Sarah also have 2 other children Ellequin and Andon. They currently reside in Brewster Heights in Putnam County NY. They travel frequently to visit family in Las Vegas (built a new fully handicap accessible home there too) and London. You can also find Walter playing and officiating locally in the Hudson Valley (Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Greene, Columbia, Ulster, Sullivan Counties) for an international pool/billiard league.
