Buying a home in Indy is about more than square footage or granite countertops.

It’s about finding the house where your kids leave bikes in the driveway all summer. Where your dog picks their favorite spot by the window. Where neighbors wave when you pull in after work and Friday nights somehow turn into driveway conversations.

The best homes are the ones that become part of your story.

That’s why one of the first things I ask my clients is, “How do you actually want to live?” Because the right neighborhood matters just as much as the right house.

Your inspector is there to identify safety issues and major defects, not the minor details that will quietly drive you crazy once you move in.

Real talk: most people only see the highlight reel. The pretty homes, the sold signs, the "flexible schedule" (we all laugh at that one 😂).

The late nights, the negotiations, the problem-solving behind the scenes… that’s the part you don’t see on the feed. But it’s also the part that matters most.

Because at the end of the day, this job isn’t really about houses. It’s about being someone you can count on when the stakes are high, and guiding you through one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make.
