The real estate market in November 2021 saw a slow down in the number of transactions, while homes on the market continued to sell at a rapid pace. Consistent with the fewer transactions, also noted were fewer showings on those homes on the market. A trend which has continued for the last few months. The slow down, however, does not necessarily equal a decrease in demand but is likely a continued symptom of the lack of available inventory.
