Project Update! 🚧🏊‍♂️

Yesterday, our team completed preparation for the concrete slab, including backfilling and compacting the sub-base for this custom pool house project. Despite battling heavy rain and storms, we kept the project moving forward. Today, the concrete is being poured as we continue making great progress and move one step closer to bringing Dan and Darlene Mccann's pool house to life!

🌎✨ Earth Day 2026 | April 22, 2026 ✨🌱

What an amazing day making a real impact!

Landmark Design Group was proud to get hands on — cleaning up road edges, sidewalks, picking up trash, and removing debris to help improve the Northwest Landing neighborhood of Indianapolis that we’re proud to be building in.

It was incredible to be alongside Aspire House and such an amazing group of volunteers from many different companies.

With over 400 volunteers, the energy, unity, and action was truly inspiring. Planting trees, flowers and vegetables. 💪

As we continue building new construction homes in Northwest Landing, we’re equally committed to investing in the community and environment that make this neighborhood so special.
