Quick Tips from your Local Realtor!
1. Get a Realtor when building!! The price will already include the buyers realtor fees so if you don't you are double paying the builder! AND no one is there representing YOU! Everyone will be there for the builder!
2. FSBO may sound like you are saving money.. but odds are you are losing way more! A real estate agent helps you through financing, inspections, market analysis to make sure you are getting the best deal, appraisals, negotiations and many more!!
3. ASK QUESTIONS! Be informed during the entire process to remain comfortable and trusting!
