Investing in real estate can absolutely build wealth—but it is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme.

When you’re buying properties to renovate and resell, especially when you’re just getting started, you need realistic expectations.

Your first few deals may not produce massive profits. And that’s OK.

You’re learning how to:

🔨 Estimate renovation costs accurately
🏠 Buy the RIGHT property at the RIGHT price
📊 Understand ARV and comparable sales
💵 Budget for closing costs, commissions, utilities, taxes, insurance and financing
⏰ Manage contractors and renovation timelines

🚨 Prepare for unexpected expenses—because there WILL be some
