Some real estate journeys are about more than buying a home. They’re about fulfilling a dream.

A year ago, my clients were living in Southern California and hoping to return to Carmel to begin their retirement at Del Mesa. The journey took longer than expected as they worked through the sale of their home, but they never lost sight of where they wanted to be.

Just days after closing on their Southern California home, we found the perfect place for them in Del Mesa. Now they’re settling into the community they had dreamed about for years and embracing a new chapter filled with family, friendships, travel, and a simpler way of life.

It’s a question more homeowners are starting to ask as they think about the years ahead.

There are loan programs that allow qualified buyers to purchase with much less down. Sometimes as little as 3.5%, and in certain situations, even 0%.
