As this year comes to a close, I want to pause and say thank you.

✨ Thank you to every client who trusted me to support you through buying, selling, renting, and investing this year.

✨ Thank you to my friends, family, teammates, current and past clients, and colleagues who have supported me and my business along the way. I’m incredibly grateful for each of you.

Looking ahead to 2026, I’ve decided to take a sabbatical from active real estate practice. This pause will allow me to free up time and energy to focus on a true passion project that’s been on my heart for a while.

🤝 While I’m stepping back from day-to-day real estate, I’ll remain closely connected with the amazing team at Midtown Home Collective. I trust them completely, and they’ll continue providing the same level of care and expertise for anyone looking to buy or sell.

🔥 Furnace: Make sure your filter is clean and the system is running efficiently

💧 Sump Pump: Test it to prevent any unwanted water issues

🚰 Water Valve: Know where it is and that it works, just in case
