It’s finally official 🎊

I had been working on this for almost two years. I LOVE doing Real Estate and I am always happy to take in more information to better serve my clients as a broker.

It’s been a minute since the last time I posted in my business account! This baby happened! 😍 Most of my followers here knew from my personal account, but to those who don’t, Miss Grace is almost 4 months young, born on November 20. 💕

Here’s our photo from my client’s house in Paso Venado in Carmel, when we came over to visit this morning. 😍☀️🌊 We celebrated their one year anniversary owning this home in which I had the honor representing them. The view never ceases to amaze me.

This day reminded me of the times I have to bring my now almost 4 year old son, when he was this age, to most meetings. I am doing it all over again and I’m so grateful that I can.

I love that I can do motherhood and Real Estate at the same time. Thank you to those who support me so I can continue to become better at both. ❤️

Car Week kicked off on Friday and it's our favorite time of year!
For three days Ocean Boulevard is shut down to hold this event and there is something so magical, unique, and nostalgic about being able to walk down the streets of our storybook town and share this experience with the community.

We are so excited to see our quaint streets and passionate automobile owners who dedicate their life to restoring and saving these amazing cars. We so look forward to seeing our thriving community over the next few days and sharing our love and awe for this unique and special shared experience!

What a special time to be invited in my clients’ new home for a morning coffee. My business is built on relationships, and this is why I stay connected long after the sale. ❤️

I am so blessed to serve this very successful yet very humble people. It lifted me up when they said they know a lot of realtors, even in their families, yet they chose to work with me because of my work ethics, consistency and patience. They said that no one has worked for them like I did and this is why it was the whole family’s decision (including their children) to work with me.

It is an an incredible honor to represent the buyers of this Carmel home that has a view like no other. Thank you Matthams group for being on the other side of the deal as listing agents - you lived up to your great reputation and I am glad we were able to close in 9 days.

My clients were informed of this property when it was off market, a great advantage for buyers in this hot market. The property ended up having another offer as we came in but we are very grateful to have our offer accepted.

Now the De La Torre family will have this beautiful home for many family gatherings to come! I am excited for their grand kids, Karina and Adrielle to be practicing their laps in the pool. For my buyers Conrad and Rosemary, I look forward to our continuous connection, to be of assistance long after this close.
