Warm breaker found in sub panel. Circuit had a couple high resistive loads running during the test. Not necessarily an alarming temperature at time of inspection, but the precision of the FLIR make temperature differentials clearly stand out.

Customer found the source of some cold air ingress in their bonus room. 25° draft from under the knee wall.
