JUST SOLD 🔑 🥂

When buyers have more choices, the right strategy makes all the difference!

This home had been on the market for nearly a year, with minimal showings and activity while two competing homes were also listed at the same time. Competition was fierce!

Then I received a call from an agent with a verbal offer nearly 20% below our asking price. Understanding the realities of the market, I encouraged the agent to submit the offer. Through thoughtful guidance and negotiation, I was able to turn that initial verbal offer into a successful closing! 💪🏼

No hiccups. No unanswered questions. Most importantly, a VERY HAPPY seller who became the first of the competing homes to sell and close!!!! 🔑

For a second, I honestly thought there had to be a mistake.

This past year has stretched me in ways I never expected. Behind every closing, has been a mom trying to make it to school events, answer emails after bedtime, and give her family and her clients the very best of herself.
