Raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Jennifer has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry since 2010. Starting as the Marketing Manager for Carmel Realty, later also including Monterey Coast Realty, she managed marketing strategies and budgets for both as well as special marketing projects for over 30 Realtors, coordinating and designing all their advertising, websites and social me

dia. When Monterey Coast was launched, Jennifer was on the management and design team for the branding of this company as well. During this time, Jennifer developed an interest in real estate sales itself, studied and obtained her real estate license, and began to move her career in that direction. Eager to continue to grow, she trained in transaction management in and became a Transaction Coordinator for Carmel and Monterey Coast Realty companies, responsible for examining listing and escrow documentation to ensure that all were in legal compliance as well as meeting all the deadlines required to close transactions. in Business and Marketing from University of Oregon, Jennifer began her real estate sales career. She follows the market trends and knows the local inventory. With her excellent technical skills as well as her extensive experience marketing homes, she feels well suited to excel in this career. She has a strong work ethic, is well organized, committed to meeting deadlines and is well regarded by her associates in the local real estate community. Jennifer believes that each client is unique and endeavors to focus on their individual needs in order to provide the highest quality service to them in their real estate transactions. It is her goal to make sure to exceed the expectations of each client in every transaction in which she participates. A resident of Pacific Grove Jennifer enjoys participating in community and charity events, running along Asilomar pathway, spending time with her family and friends and traveling to new places. Regarding the Salinas River flooding and how it could impact the Monterey Peninsula - There is a high probability that the Salinas River will flood ALL access points into the Monterey Peninsula at some point on Thursday lasting through Sunday. (see map) The Salinas River is expected to reach flood stage as early as noon tomorrow, Thursday, January 12, at Highway 68 at Spreckles, and Highway 1 north of Marina. Based on National Weather Service and the Monterey County Water Resources Agency models, State and local officials are preparing for continued flood stage through 9:00 p.m. Sunday, January 15. All residents and workers are urged to plan ahead. Anyone who is on the peninsula when flooding occurs will not be able to leave. Anyone who is not on the peninsula will not be able to enter. Floodwaters could remain on the roads for up to three days with clean up and repair requiring work before roads can reopen. Everyone is urged to stay off roads and postpone travel.
