bility to build, and carry out, an intelligent and comprehensive plan to get any property the attention it deserves. Many of the important skills which contribute to his success as a Realtor have been instilled in Brian since he was young, including, negotiation, communication, persistence, organization, honesty, and patience. While Brian currently calls Santa Cruz home, he has lived on the Monterey Bay throughout most of his life and grew up in what John Steinbeck famously named the “Pastures of Heaven.” An early decision to dedicate himself to become a top-level tennis player was the base for his early development, as he had to become very goal oriented in his approach to balance a drive to compete at the highest level with a desire to get the most out of his education. A degree in Environmental Studies and Economics from UC Santa Cruz provided him an education composed of the rigid business side of economics, spliced with the out of the box problem solving of environmental science. While attending UCSC, his dedication to tennis rewarded him with leading the team as the #1 singles and doubles player, two National Championships, and multiple All-American rewards. This success led Brian to pursue a career in tennis after graduating, playing professionally for a short time and sharing his accumulated knowledge through coaching. He now continues to thrive as a successful member of the team at Monterey Coast Realty without forgetting the balance that has driven his progress to this day. Brian’s goal as a Realtor is to provide his clients with the same opportunity to enjoy the amazing communities that surround the Monterey Bay, which he has loved and appreciated throughout his life. He serves areas from Santa Cruz to Carmel, with the local knowledge to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
