My first job was in my grandfathers Real Estate office at 15, where I learned the ropes of negotiation and the rewards of hard work and late nights. However Real estate was not my career path at first. I spent about 10 years in hospitality mastering the art of patience and my people skills. I started as a hostess, then a busser, on to a server, and finished as a bartender/bar manager. While working the evenings in hospitality, I worked in Property management and also as a banker. After I had my second son, I decided that working 3 different jobs was no longer fun, but exhausting. So I bit the bullet and joined my father and his team at Coldwell Banker, then we moved to Keller Williams and I had our 3rd son.

7 years later and now I am on my own running my own group! I have Heard-

A 90-mile section of California's Highway 1 along the famous Big Sur coast finally reopened Wednesday after three years of closures and repairs following a series of landslides and a roadway collapse that hampered tourism on the scenic route.

The reopening around midday came three months ahead of schedule, and business owners say that should give travelers plenty of time to plan their spring and summer road trips.

California King Tides are this week! December 4th and 5th, 2025—plus Dec. 6th in some locations. Your photos create a record of changes to our shoreline while helping us understand what’s vulnerable to flooding now and how sea level rise will impact California in the future.

We’re hosting a webinar on December 2nd, from 12:00pm-12:30pm to learn the basics about the King Tides Project and how to participate. ALSO, more tips on how to take a great king tides photo! (Attendance is not required to participate in the project.)

Once, Big Sur was a whisper.
A place spoken of in low tones, passed hand to hand like a secret map. It was not discovered, but arrived at-by winding roads, by misty resolve, by the silence in oneself that seeks the sea. You came to Big Sur not to share, but to disappear.
Then came the algorithms.
What was once sanctuary became stage. The cliffs, no longer cliffs…but content. The bridge, a backdrop. The redwoods…a filter. The slow song of the pacific, now traded for a rhythm of scrolls and likes. A place where silence mattered now hums with drones, selfies and hastags: , , .
They came with phones, not reverence.
