This is my son Cru. He just turned 21 😳. That afternoon, we rode our bikes (his with training wheels) down the Monon and made a pit stop for ice cream. Little did we know at the time, but that bench on Main St. we sat on was directly across the street from what would be my very own real estate office for the next 15 years.

Carmel is my home. It’s where I raised my kids and run my business. I tried to leave for a short time, but it called me back. It’s where I belong.

Start with pricing and positioning, then capture exterior features before winter changes the picture. Next, handle roof, drainage, HVAC, and acreage-system checks, choose only high-impact updates, and reserve crews, staging, photography, and launch timing early.
