If this is what the backyard looks like… imagine the rest of life in Zionsville.

Promontory is one of those neighborhoods that feels tucked away and peaceful, while still being close to everything people love about living in Zionsville, Indiana.

Wide open views, luxury homes, quiet mornings, and custom-built homes designed around the way people actually want to live. It’s easy to see why so many people relocating to Indiana are drawn to neighborhoods like Promontory right now.

People don’t always expect this when they think of Indiana… and then they see Westfield.

The rolling hills, the open space, the custom homes tucked into beautiful neighborhoods… it’s one of the reasons so many people are moving north of Indianapolis right now.

And homes like this are a big reason why. High-end finishes, thoughtful design, and the kind of space that actually feels like home the second you walk in.

Westfield has grown so much over the last few years, but it still keeps that balance of luxury living with a little more room to breathe.

If you’re thinking about moving to Westfield or relocating to the Indy area, message me “WESTFIELD” and I’ll send over my relocation guide. ✨

One thing about living in Zionsville… there’s always a reason to meet up somewhere good. 🍷

A casual girls night at Noah Grant's Grill House & Oyster Bar = good food, catching up for way longer than planned, and one of those spots you end up recommending to everyone after.

This is the kind of place people love having nearby when they move here. Great dinner spots, walkable areas, and nights that feel easy without needing a huge plan.

Zionsville just has that charm to it.

That’s a wrap on the 2025-2026 school year and 2nd, 4th and 6th grade!

To say I’m proud of these three is such an understatement. Viv, Rett and Jack are all so different and magical, but what they have in common is that they are all just such kindhearted people, incredibly smart and sensitive.

Every day I am so grateful to be their mom, and every day I tell them that I love them and that I love being their mom.

The pr***en vibes were strong this year, please swipe to see more. 🫠

And as we start off this summer a little gray and rainy, I am quickly realizing how quickly this all happens.

Parents of graduates, this is the first year I really understand all the posts, all the emotions, everything you do to make it special because WHAT DO YOU MEAN VIV ONLY HAS 6 MORE SUMMERS AT HOME??? 😭❤️😭❤️

Wishing everyone a fabulous summer break and a little reminder to be present and make the time for the little moments.

There’s just something about a Saturday morning in Zionsville. It’s slower, quieter, and honestly feels like a reset from the week.

Start with coffee at Roasted in the Village. Walk the brick streets through the Village. Stop by the farmers market for something fresh. Take your time popping into a few local shops along the way.

Grab lunch at Cafe Patachou, then head to Starkey Park to sit, walk, or just enjoy being outside for a bit.

It’s simple, but that’s kind of the point. Zionsville makes it easy to enjoy where you are.

One of the questions I get all the time from people thinking about moving to Westfield, Indiana is… “Where are the best places to eat?”

So I put together a quick Westfield food guide with some of the local spots people love. From morning coffee runs to casual lunch spots, laid-back dinner options, and a few places for something sweet, there’s more here than people expect.

One of the things people love about Westfield is how easy everything feels. You can grab a bite, head over to Grand Park Sports Campus, or spend time around Downtown Westfield without needing to go far.

If you’re planning a visit or thinking about relocating, this is a good place to start.

If Westfield is on your radar, comment WESTFIELD and I’ll send you my full relocation guide.

Living in Zionsville looks a lot like this.

Slow mornings that don’t feel rushed, quiet streets lined with character, and the kind of charm you don’t fully get until you experience it in person.

Coffee runs turn into long walks through the Village, weekends are filled with local spots, little shops, and just enough going on without ever feeling overwhelming.

It’s peaceful, but not boring. Close to everything, but still feels tucked away in the best way.

This is why so many people moving to the Indianapolis area end up here… it just fits.

If Zionsville has been on your radar (or you’re just starting to explore), I put together a full guide to help you get a feel for it before you even visit.

Comment ZIONSVILLE and I’ll send it your way!

Stopped by Paris Baguette, one of the newer spots in Carmel, and it absolutely lives up to the hype.

The space is beautiful, everything in the case makes you want to try one of everything, and the Korean milk iced coffee was SO good. It’s the kind of place you walk into once and already know you’ll be back.

Funny enough, I just happened to walk in during their grand opening! Places like this are why people love living in Carmel, IN.

This is what relocation should feel like.

From out of state to under contract in days… to clear to close without the stress… to finally landing in Carmel and knowing you made the right move.

It doesn’t have to be overwhelming when you have the right process (and the right person) guiding you through it.

If you’re thinking about relocating to Carmel or anywhere in the Indy area, I’ll walk you through exactly how we make it feel this smooth from start to finish.

If Zionsville isn’t on your list yet… it probably should be.

Think brick streets, locally loved spots, and a slower pace that still keeps you close to everything. It’s one of those places that just feels different the second you drive through.

From standout restaurants like Rosie’s Place and Cafe Patachou to quiet trails, golf courses, and some of the most beautiful custom homes in the area, there’s a reason so many people are choosing Zionsville right now.

And if you’re looking for luxury neighborhoods, you’ll want to know names like Holliday Farms, Promontory, and Bradley Ridge. It’s peaceful, established, and still growing in all the right ways.
