If I were moving to Indy and wanted a neighborhood that offered more than just a beautiful home… these 3 would be at the top of my list.

Chatham Hills, Holliday Farms, and Village of WestClay are three of the most sought-after communities on the north side of Indianapolis, but each one has its own personality.

Chatham Hills: Known for luxury custom homes, golf course living, resort-style amenities, trails, and a strong community feel.

Holliday Farms: A private golf community with stunning custom estates, rolling hills, beautiful views, and a focus on an elevated lifestyle.

Village of WestClay: Perfect if you love timeless architecture, walkability, parks, restaurants, shops, and that classic neighborhood feel.

One of my favorite things about helping people relocate to Indiana is finding the community that fits their lifestyle, not just the house.

THIS is why so many families are making the move to Indiana. 🤍

The northern Indianapolis suburbs have a way of giving you the best of both worlds.

Beautiful neighborhoods, top-rated schools, youth sports, parks, local restaurants, community events, and space to actually slow down.

Places like Carmel, Westfield, and Zionsville aren’t just where people buy homes… they’re where families build a life.

If you’ve been wondering if Indiana could be the right move for your family, this is your sign to start exploring.

The kind of place that makes you think… “wait, this is a library?” One of my favorite parts about living in Carmel is how many spaces are intentionally built for families.

The Carmel Clay Public Library is so much more than books. It’s a place to spend a slow afternoon, let the kids explore, find a cozy corner, and feel connected to the community. It’s little everyday places like this that make Carmel feel like home.

If you’re thinking about moving to Carmel and wondering what day-to-day life actually looks like, this is the kind of thing you’ll want to know.

Trying to figure out where to live in Indianapolis? It really depends on the lifestyle you want.

Want walkability and great restaurants? Areas like Fishers District, Midtown Carmel, Mass Ave, and Downtown Zionsville all have completely different vibes but each offers something unique depending on what you’re looking for.

Love historic charm? Prefer waterfront living? Want golf course communities or neighborhoods with more space and custom homes? There are so many pockets around Indianapolis that fit different stages of life and priorities.

That’s exactly why I made this guide to help make the search feel a little less overwhelming.

This is your sign to stop sleeping on Indiana.

Carmel has quietly become one of those places people move to for “a few years” and end up never wanting to leave.

Walkable downtown, amazing restaurants, nonstop community events, trails everywhere, and neighborhoods that genuinely feel beautiful year-round… it’s easy to see why so many people are relocating here lately.

Achievement is funny. You work toward something for so long, and when you finally get there, your brain is already focused on the next thing.

So today, I’m making myself pause.

I’m incredibly grateful to be recognized as a RealTrends Verified agent, ranking among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the country.

This business has never been about awards for me. It’s about relationships, trust, and helping people build a life they love.

And a very special thank you to my family, who continue to support me through the early mornings, late nights, missed dinners, and everything in between. None of this would be possible without you.

Here’s to continuing to build something meaningful together.

It genuinely changes your day-to-day lifestyle.

Last weekend at the Peony Festival in Noblesville 🌸

One of the things I love most about living on the north side of Indianapolis is how many local events bring people together like this. Between the flowers, live music, local vendors, food trucks, and families walking around downtown, it was one of those weekends that just felt like summer in Indiana.

Events like this are a big reason so many people end up falling in love with communities like Noblesville.
