Or maybe it’s the company she and her husband Joe own, G&G Custom Homes, which operates with the goal of building “homes for clients that want to avoid the stresses of an average custom home build.” No matter the reason, Mindy excels at creating an easier and seamless experience for all her clients, from the first-time homebuyer to the client purchasing their forever dream home. Mindy is very involved in her community. She currently serves on the board for Westfield Youth Assistance Program, which advocates for youth ages 3-17 who are facing difficult life circumstances. She enjoys spending time outdoors, especially with her boys (Christian and Gabe), training her three dogs and reading. Currently residing in Westfield, she is training her 1-year-old golden retriever to be a therapy dog. So, if patience is on your agent wish list, she’s got you covered!

Did you know that there's more than $9 billion of development planned for downtown Indy over the next decade? Here are three big commercial real estate developments in the works:

1. Eleven Park — most of the 20-acre site (formerly the Diamond Chain Manufacturing Co.) along the White River has been cleared for Keystone Group and the Indy Eleven soccer team’s $1.5 billion mixed-use development.

2. Circle Centre Mall — The same group behind the Bottleworks District (Hendricks Commercial Properties) plans to spend $600 million redeveloping it.

3. Lafayette Square Mall redevelopment — Sojos Capital announced plans for a new community center, along with spending $15 million to revamp the nearly 45,000-square-foot theater in the International Marketplace neighborhood into an Alamo Drafthouse location.

Our current state of low supply and high demand makes for an incredibly robust housing market, leading to competitive offers. Lower mortgage rates will draw out more buyers, and overall home affordability is expected to improve due to wage growth and home price appreciation at or below the rate of inflation.

The Midwest, Great Lakes and South are home to most of 2024’s hottest housing markets — with Indianapolis landing the #4 spot!

A study by Zillow has found that each of these cities have solid economic fundamentals, relatively fast-moving for-sale housing inventory, a lot of likely buyers and expectations for stable home values.
