This year was not the easiest year to be in real estate.
The market shifted.
Interest rates changed buying timelines.
Sellers waited for clarity.
And a lot of people quietly questioned their next move.
But even in a year of uncertainty – families still found homes.
People still chose new beginnings.
Life didn’t stop.
And neither did I.
This year, I had the honor of helping people:
• Move closer to family
• Find more space for their kids to grow
• Downsize into something that felt simpler + lighter
• Relocate to Indy for a fresh chapter
• Sell homes filled with memories to step into something new
It reminded me why I do this.
Not for the market statistics.
Not for the transactions.
But for the life changes that happen inside the walls of a home.
