⭐️ JUST CLOSED ⭐️

They may have thought they were escaping the FL heat moving north but this family brought the heat with them!!!!! Buying a new home is always exciting but this family DID THE DANG THING and I am so proud of them. They have been nothing but kind, grateful, gracious, trusting, loving and the most amazing people ever. They have put every ounce of trust in me including buying their home over FaceTime!! Yes; you heard that right. Just a couple days before closing was the first time they saw in person the house they bought over video call. And they didn’t doubt me once; not one single time! Now that (THAT) is trust. I am going to miss our daily check-ins, chats, texts, etc.

Oh, and Mr. Porterfield…I think I found myself a new boyfriend. I got lots of hugs, kisses and googly eyes from a cutie patootie the last couple days. Although he didn’t love that I asked if I could share his new super hero room 😂.

Who do you know moving to the Indy area? I’d love to help them find their new home!!

And kudos to my amazing lender partner, Kyle O'Keefe, who worked his bo**ie off to get us closed in less than 20 days before a holiday weekend!

Pending! after 12 weeks on the market. The market slowed considerably this summer and a lot of sellers have experienced longer days on market than we’ve grown accustomed to. I am never satisfied until my listings sell. So what do I do when a great house isn’t selling? Keep working, adjust, and get creative!

For this listing, that meant numerous open houses, new carpet, new photos + digital staging, videos, lots of social media marketing, financing incentives
and finally, a carefully crafted email sent directly to hundreds of local agents.

The email got the attention of an agent with buyers who fit the bill. The marketing got them in the door, the improvements helped the home show its best, and the financing incentive helped create a price that worked for them. The offer was received and accepted!

And the best part? My sellers had already relocated out of state and happened to find a home they loved the very same week. Their offer was accepted too! The timing was perfection!
