This is what the last 3 days looked like in my world…and I’m loving it! Deals made, dreams achieved, goals reached, adventures set!! I really don’t know if I could love what I do any more 😊

CLOSED - two best friends since college closed on their homes this week. One home in Carmel, another in New Palestine, both with goals of downsizing. This week they both signed on the dotted line on their respective homes and went from owning multiple homes to ONE!

LISTED - my old neighbors and friends have loved their home for decades but knew it was time to move on and downsize. Not really wanting to deal with the traditional sale and knowing that updates needed to likely be made I put them in touch with my buyer to see if a match could be made…and it was a match made in heaven! By introducing a buyer, it allowed for the sellers to comfortably find their next home and for a seamless transaction to be made.

PENDING - new construction home, downsized low-maintenance home and family-friendly neighbor home spanning from Whitestown to Carmel to Indy, a lot of road was traveled and doors unlocked for these three lucky buyers of mine to open the doors to their dream homes. The journey was worth it for each of them and all are on their way to closing day!
