The Monterey Peninsula market continues to show strength, with a clear shift toward the high end in Q1.

Carmel and Pebble Beach saw meaningful gains in both pricing and volume, including multiple sales above $5M and a return of $20M+ transactions.

At the same time, areas like Carmel Valley and Pacific Grove remain active, with consistent demand in the $1M–$3M range and well-priced homes continuing to move efficiently.

Overall, the market remains balanced but increasingly selective, with strong results tied closely to positioning, preparation and pricing strategy.
