We celebrated the groundbreaking of Atmosphere Pittsburgh alongside our project partners and city leaders, marking an exciting step toward bringing new student housing to Oakland.

Adjacent to the University of Pittsburgh’s core campus, the 12-story community will bring 326 units and 672 beds to Oakland, combining modern residences and vibrant gathering spaces where students can connect, recharge and make the most of their college experience. The community will feature more than 30,000 square feet of clubhouse and amenity space, with floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, including our first double-occupancy bedroom design, developed specifically for the Pittsburgh market.

With student housing supply limited and Pitt’s enrollment growing, Atmosphere Pittsburgh will provide additional housing near campus while connecting residents to the restaurants, shops and destinations that make Oakland such a vibrant part of the city.

Years of planning and coordination brought this project to construction. We’re grateful to the team and partners whose work made this milestone possible, and to the city officials who joined us to celebrate.

We’ve officially broken ground on Atmosphere Norman, bringing new student housing to a university market that hasn’t seen a new institutional student housing community near campus in almost a decade.

Located on Boyd Street near the University of Oklahoma, the seven-story development will deliver 209 units and 677 beds, with floor plans ranging from studios to five-bedroom apartments. More than 13,700 square feet of indoor amenity space, two elevated courtyards and a resort-style pool will give residents places to stay active, recharge and connect, just a seven-minute walk from Campus Corner.

With OU’s Norman campus reaching record enrollment for five consecutive years, Atmosphere Norman responds to a clear need for additional housing near campus. Bringing this project to construction reflects the market insight, planning and collaboration that guide our approach to development.

Getting to this milestone took careful planning and close coordination among our team and project partners, with a shared focus on what this community will bring to Norman. We were proud to celebrate that work together at the groundbreaking.

Atlas at Richland Road welcomed its first residents this summer, bringing 275 residences and an exceptional collection of amenities to Auburn, Alabama.

Construction is underway at Atmosphere on Mifflin in Madison, Wisconsin.

We recently gathered the development team for a groundbreaking ceremony recognizing the collective effort behind the project. Located adjacent to the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Atmosphere on Mifflin will add new purpose-built student housing at 637 W. Mifflin Street while preserving the landmark Wiedenbeck Apartments at 619 W. Mifflin Street.

The completed community will comprise 264 units and 697 beds and is scheduled for delivery in Summer 2028.

We're excited to announce a new joint venture with Starwood Capital Group to develop purpose-built student housing at three leading universities across the country.

The partnership brings together Starwood's institutional capital and investment expertise with Trinitas' fully integrated development platform and decades of experience developing, constructing, and operating student housing communities.

Together, we're bringing Atmosphere Pittsburgh, Atmosphere Norman, and Atmosphere on Mifflin to life, representing 2,046 beds adjacent to the University of Pittsburgh, University of Oklahoma, and University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Astria Tempe has officially topped off, marking the structural completion of the 27-story mixed-use tower rising near Arizona State University.

Developed in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan America, Astria Tempe is the largest project in Trinitas history and remains on track to welcome its first residents in Summer 2027.

We are grateful to Mitsui Fudosan America, Layton Construction, BMO Bank, TSB Capital Advisors, Niles Bolton Associates, and the many team members who made this milestone possible. Reaching this point is the result of months of planning, close collaboration, and outstanding ex*****on across every phase of the project.
