Astria Tempe has officially topped off, marking the structural completion of the 27-story mixed-use tower rising near Arizona State University.

Developed in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan America, Astria Tempe is the largest project in Trinitas history and remains on track to welcome its first residents in Summer 2027.

We are grateful to Mitsui Fudosan America, Layton Construction, BMO Bank, TSB Capital Advisors, Niles Bolton Associates, and the many team members who made this milestone possible. Last week, Loren King joined industry leaders at in Austin to share Trinitas’ perspective on the evolving student housing landscape.

A key theme: delivering successful communities today requires more than ex*****on. It takes a data-driven understanding of how design, technology, and resident expectations continue to evolve.

We’re leveraging AI across the development process, not just as a tool, but as an integrated part of how we analyze information, identify risk, and make decisions. This allows our teams to operate more efficiently and deliver more consistent outcomes.

At the same time, we’re continuing to refine our product to better align with how students actually live. From designing package and delivery spaces that reduce everyday friction to creating more flexible and private study environments, our focus is on improving the resident experience in meaningful ways.
