🏡 Thinking about making Hill & Dale home?
There are currently 4 homes on the market in Hill & Dale, making this a great opportunity for buyers who have been hoping to get into our neighborhood.
If you know someone who would love to live here, send them my way! As a longtime Hill & Dale resident and Realtor, I can help buyers explore the homes currently available and give them the inside scoop on our community, too.
From the lake and beach to the wooded roads, amenities and neighborhood traditions, there's a lot to love about living in Hill & Dale.
Know a buyer? Have them contact me to schedule a showing.
I'd be happy to help them find their way home to Hill & Dale.

It was especially meaningful to help the wonderful seller navigate this sale, and I’m so grateful she trusted me to be by her side throughout the process.

Your real estate needs don’t stop at the state line!
Recently, I had a client who needed to sell a home in Pennsylvania. Since I’m not licensed there, I referred them to a trusted local agent - and I’m happy to say the home has now SOLD!
One of the things I value most about being part of the real estate community is having relationships with agents beyond my local market. Through my professional networks, including ABR®, SRS®,and my own connections, I can help find the right agent in another state or area.
And I don’t just pass along a name. I speak with the agent first, learn about their experience and approach, and make sure I feel comfortable putting my client in their hands. I also remain available to my clients throughout the process if they have questions or simply want my continued guidance.
If you, or someone you know, is buying or selling outside my market, please reach out. I’d be happy to help connect you with a qualified agent and make the transition as seamless as possible.
Referrals are always welcome, whether they’re local or across the country!

Vanessa is incredibly patient, supportive, and reassuring.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Vanessa. She isn’t just an amazing real estate agent, she’s also a dear friend, and I was so grateful to have her by my side while selling my dad’s townhouse. Because the sale involved estate administration issues, the process took much longer than expected. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and handled every challenge with professionalism and compassion. Selling my dad’s home was emotional, but Vanessa made the experience so much easier. She truly went above and beyond, always looking out for my best interests and making sure everything stayed on track despite the delays. I am forever grateful for her dedication, kindness and hard work. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy and genuinely cares about her clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Vanessa, she is simply the best, and I couldn’t have done this without her.

Working with Vanessa made a very stressful time easy.
Vanessa was right along side me every step of this sale. I have lived in my home for 41 years and she helped me through my jitters, my anxiousness and my excitement. She answered every single one of my silly questions, she was available always and I would like to say she became a friend. She has an enormous amount of knowledge about real estate and if she didn't have an answer she was honest about that and found out the answer. She was professional, friendly and supportive always. Her little touches such as water bottles with my home picture on them and a book about our community helped to make the open houses more welcoming. I recommend this wonderful woman highly....who knows you too might make a new friend!!

Above and Beyond
Vanessa was there to help me through every step of the home buying process. She was very knowledgeable and always available to discuss anything that came up. With so many people involved in the home buying process - it felt good to know that I had someone looking out for my best interests along the way.
