I’ve been appraising full-time since 2003 and my clients include home owners, real estate agents, CPAs, and attorneys. I handle appraisals for estate settlement, divorce, pre-listing, and other types of private matters and consulting. In addition to appraising, I run stats galore for the Sacramento region. This is an incredible passion, and it's one of the reasons I get invited to speak regularly
in so many places about housing trends. Some people ask me if I still appraise because they only know me for stats, and yes, I still appraise. :)
I’ve been involved with various real estate associations for more than a decade, and I was awarded the Affiliate of the Year in 2014 with the Sacramento Association of Realtors. I speak at most local associations in the region. I’ve also been a member for years (as well as served on the board at times) with the Real Estate Appraisers Association of Sacramento. I was given the Citizen of the Year award by Rancho Cordova Rotary in 2008 (when I used to live there) and the Distinguished Service to Youth award by the Cordova Community Council in 2009. Sacramento Magazine listed me as a notable business leader to watch in 2021. Beyond work, my passions include woodworking, walking (I know that sounds lame), and family. When I retire I plan to have a woodworking business. If you have any questions, please reach out. I’m available by phone, email or any of my social sites. About the Blog:
