The West Jefferson Custom home is coming to life! After months of heavy civil & site work, the foundation has been completed & ready for framing!

One of our favorite features is the poured curved wall on the side, masterfully done.

L&L Builders ripped and replaced all the exterior siding, decking, railing, and the catwalk. Also built a side bump out, a storage shed, replaced sections of roofing, installed new doors and light fixtures, replaced several sections of concrete and walkways, and completed some interior drywall/paint work.

The St. Clair Country Club renovation was truly spectacular, blending timeless character with polished craftsmanship in a remarkable transformation. Every detail came together to create a finished space that feels refined, purposeful, and exceptionally well done.

Reinvesting in their club shows why SCCC is one of the best clubs in the Pittsburgh area.

Mike Lew gives a tour of Orbital with some special guests today!

From a construction standpoint, steady progress throughout the entire building is being completed.

Our next step is to begin the commercial space in the lower level, finish one condo in full, and white-box the other two.

The team is hard at work and building one of the most beautiful buildings in the city of Pittsburgh.

This renovation brings renewed purpose to the space with thoughtful design, improved functionality, and modern finishes that make everyday living more comfortable, polished, and beautifully usable.
