Tahoe Rental Management is seeking a full-time employee to aid in the day-to-day operations of running a vacation rental business. We are a locally owned and operated company based out of Carnelian Bay. This is a 5 day a week, Thursday through Monday, salaried position with 6-month bonuses, medical benefits, 4 weeks PTO, and flexible hours with no office to report to! This position requires a self-motivated, energetic, and confident individual who is comfortable using technology as an integral part of their job. We use apps and many other computer programs to aid in the daily operations of the business. Your tasks will vary greatly but you will mostly be communicating with guests, inspecting homes, managing cleaners, and keeping homes stocked with the essentials we provide. The most important thing is that you are reliable and professional in both the way you handle yourself and our guests. For the right individual, this job is flexible and independent work that suits the mountain lifestyle well. Position: Operations Manager
Pay: $60,000 per year + bonuses
PTO: 4 weeks

Live in the greater North Lake Tahoe area (Reno, Carson, and South Lake will not work for this position)
Have reliable transportation
Have a Smart Phone and be confident with technology and using a wide variety of apps
Be a competent writer capable of proofreading and communicating with the guests
Pass a background check
