I was able to show this home to someone yesterday and it is beautiful! Updated but still has its historical charm.

It was only on the market a few days and are no longer offering showings! 😲

This one went quick! $225,000 with low taxes, how could it not!?
Over 30 showings in less than a week. We didn't even have time to post about it! But if you're into older homes this one is fun to look at. Has some updated features, but kept a lot of its historical charm too!
Built in 1755 and still has a secret room that was used in the Underground Railroad. So much history!

Best and final offer was due last night so sadly no more showings for this home.
