It was an exciting and busy Friday at Valley Title. We had the opportunity to facilitate back to back closings for Echo and Miguel. They sold their home to Christian. This is his first time buying a home and we are so excited for him! After we finshed closing that sale, we then closed on the sale of Echo and Miguel's new home. Thank you to the lender United Whole Sale and Jerod Davidson of Osentoski Realty for making both of these transactions go seamlessly for all involved. Congratulations to all 🎉🏠🏠🎉

One of my favorite things about my job is getting to watch the excitement when someone buys their first home. That excitment filled the air here at Valley today. Congratulations Orion and Kilee! We will miss his jokes and the laughter he brought to us every time he entered our office. Over the years, he became more than just a customer, he became a good friend. We will miss hearing "have a blessed day" every single time he ended a phone call or left the room. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.
