TORNADO WATCH ISSUED TODAY
Including Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Hamilton and Herkimer Counties and surrounding areas in Upstate NY...

Tornado Watch Until Jun 18 3:00PM: A WATCH means in addition to damaging wind and/or large hail with t'storms, a tornado is also possible, but not imminent. Be weather aware and alert during the watch period.

A strong line of severe thunderstorms will cross through a large portion of the region this morning through this afternoon. A couple of tornadoes are possible along with a high likelihood of strong to damaging wind gusts. A tornado watch has been issued for portions of eastern New York and western New England through 3 PM this afternoon. Keep an eye to the sky, have multiple ways of receiving warnings, and secure outdoor objects.
