Your friendly reminder that October 1 means dogs are officially allowed back on the beach! 🐾🌊

Grab the leash, pack the p**p bags, and let your four-legged best friend enjoy some beach time with you. Dogs must remain leashed while on the beach.

Beach days are better with your best friend. 🤍

If I bought this house, this is what I’d do… 👀🏡

I’m picturing stockings by the fireplace, a spacious bathroom to get ready in, plenty of room for guests, and a beautiful backyard to play with my dog in.

The best part of buying a home? Making it completely your own.

Ready to make this house a home? Email me at [email protected] or send me a DM! ✨

☕️ A little local love goes a long way. ❤️

Spill Coffee is one of those Wilmington spots that makes you want to slow down, stay awhile, and enjoy a really good latte! Such a cute vibe and the kind of place that reminds us why supporting small, local businesses matters.

Next time you’re looking for your coffee fix, spill a little love on a local favorite. 🌊☕️

Wilmington is officially shifting into a buyer’s market… so what does that actually mean for you? 👀

It doesn’t mean prices are crashing or that you should panic. It means buyers have more options—and more negotiating power—than they’ve had in recent years. 🏡

More inventory can mean:
✨ Less competition
✨ Fewer bidding wars
✨ More time to make a decision
✨ More opportunity to negotiate
✨ Potential seller concessions
If you’ve been waiting for a little more breathing room in the Wilmington market, this could be your moment.

Thinking about buying? Let’s talk about what today’s market could mean for your goals.
